Established in 2005, Kohinoor Steel (P) Ltd is the largest and the fastest implemented integrated steel plant in the new state of Jharkhand. KSPL is the biggest capital invested project under the MOU signed with the Govt.of Jharkhnad. In its constant endeavor to churn out the best, KSPL has setup an unbeatable record by commencing its commercial production within only nine months of the memorandum signing. The young and budding KSPL has already completed its first two phases of expansion which included commissioning of its sponge iron plant, steel melting shop, captive power plant, coal washery, CCM plant and rolling mill to produce TMT rods under the brand name ‘Shubham” with ISI parameters.

Kohinoor Steel has already been awarded Coal linkages, International registration under CDM and CBT scheme by Indian Railways.

Kohinoor Steel also now proudly possesses coal mine and manganese ore mine.

Kohinoor Steel is now entering into third stage of expansion to further consolidate its position in manufacturing of steel in India.
